Tristan is a designer and object author. Trained in design and interior architecture at École Bleue in Paris, he has been developing for over ten years a practice situated at the crossroads of object-making, drawing, and storytelling, where function constantly dialogues with imagination. His work is rooted in a deeply exploratory approach: drawing occupies a central place, not as a simple preparatory step, but as an autonomous field of research—a space of hesitation, tension, and narrative. Sketches, formal studies, silhouettes, and technical details form a dense graphic language, often inhabited by references to history, mechanics, sport, and popular culture. Collaborating both with luxury houses such as LVMH and with more experimental projects and major brands like Adidas, Tristan conceives the object as a cultural artifact, carrying symbols as much as utility. Each project is an opportunity for him to question how a form is born, evolves, becomes imbued with meaning, and ultimately takes its place in the real world. The pinball machine presented here follows this continuity: an object that is both playful and narrative, whose exhibition reveals the invisible layers—drawings, research, intentions—usually kept out of sight.
